As an experienced media and sales strategist, Michael has been constructing customer experience frameworks in the media industry as his career has ranged leading sales strategy, media activations and business development for clients such as L'Oréal, Leica, Harley-Davidson, Perry Ellis International, OXO and Dyson.
Mike's passion for building customer experience and his consultative approach has resulted in awards, including FOLIO:'s “Rising Star Award” and "Eddie Award", as well as a Gold W3 Award sanctioned by the members of the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA). He currently works as the Business Development Director at Gear Patrol, a men's lifestyle publication, where his role allows him to use Design Thinking tools to create & improve customer experiences through impactful & innovative brand campaigns. |
