Rachel Mayse is the Chief Human Resource Officer at ForceBrands Inc responsible for preserving the company’s unique culture of positive engagement with its employees, overseeing talent management and development, recruitment, HR service delivery, diversity and inclusion, and HR policies and programs.  She has a demonstrated history of working in the human resources and staffing industry and is highly skilled in Operations Management. Rachel has a love for the dynamic energy of staffing and recruiting and has a lifelong passion for both the food and beverage industries. Rachel began her career in early education as an elementary school teacher. It wasn’t until she moved to New York City that she started her career in operations.

In 2006, Rachel worked at recruiting agency 24 Seven where she found her niche being involved with process, procedure, and best practices. After nine years at 24 Seven, Rachel shifted her career to a post-production advertising firm before returning to staffing. Rachel graduated from California State University with a BA in Communication Studies. She received her MA in Education from National University.
